Fiber Arts, the newest club at Grant, allows students to create art pieces with fabric and yarn.
Started by the joint effort of sophomore McKenna Arnold and physics teacher Ms. McKinney, the Fiber Arts Club aspires to share a lesser-known medium.
Even though both love fiber arts, it was difficult to create the club; “It’s a lot of work and research,” Arnold says. Arnold hopes to continue this club throughout her years at Grant, and inspire her peers to create.
Fiber Arts Club meets every other Thursday in room 272. Contact
