Molly wears nice hairstyles in a game or at practice she feels more comfortable in her ability to ace her pitch accuracy.

Kylie Wells, sophomore, is a center field on Grant’s girls’ varsity soccer team and explains that her style is a crucial element in her game. She feels that over time her fashion sense has evolved significantly, transforming from simple outfits to stylish innovative designs that reflect her personality and style. Kylie says “[she]uses shin guard straps and braided hairstyles with pre-wrap headbands that make[her] feel more confident.” Kylie continues to grow in her skill and style by keeping up with the latest soccer trends.

Fred Kunzer
Spiking, setting, and passing are the elements in the tough game of volleyball. Fred Kunzer, the starting setter on the boy’s varsity volleyball team combines Functionality with style, showcasing a unique blend of athletic performance and trendy styles. Fred says, “[he] wears a knee sleeve to protect his knee when diving, and [he] wears it because he feels more comfortable diving”. Freddie also believes that “wearing different jerseys has a placebo effect on [him]”.
