A Better Me

These days have given us a lot of time on our hands. A good way to use that time is to focus on yourself and discovering your truest and best form. 

 

This time is a great way to spend time with yourself and find out new things about you. It can also be used to take care of yourself and help heal your body and soul. An activity you can do is journaling. Writing a daily journal is good for your mind. It is good to write down your thoughts so that you don’t just keep them to yourself. Not just thoughts, but ideas. Ideas for the future, bucket lists and more. 

Other things to do is have a self-care day and to make sure you are doing okay mentally and psychically. Such as getting dressed up to feel good about yourself or having a relaxed day taking a bath and watching a movie or reading a book. You could also try new things like cooking or baking. Cooking can help by trying new things to cook other than mac and cheese from a box.

 

A great way to help improve your self esteem is by spending time with your family. Doing board games with them or simply watching a movie and having a good laugh can instantly make your day better.
