Luke has played every type of position on defense so far, in the two years he’s been on varsity. He has been a large contributor for the Bulldogs ever since, and will continue to do so in the time coming. Not only does he shine on the field, but off the field as well, as he is a multi-sport athlete and obtains an astounding 4.904 GPA.

4-year varsity starter Danny Talavera hasn’t had trouble scoring goals in his time at Grant. He’s scored 24 in his high school career so far, and has led the team the past two years. Danny plans to continue playing in college, but has yet to make a commitment. He’s also a part of the Varsity Boys Volleyball team.

Senior golfer, Sam Acevedo has the lowest average on the Varsity golf team, and has only been playing golf for two years. It’s also just his first year on Varsity as he was apart of the JV squad his Junior year, and his average has dropped nearly 10 strokes since then. Sam’s best round consisted of a 37 at Grant’s home course, Valley Ridge.
